This wine, a surprise
to our lips, after reading
about melons and berries
the tongue is surprised, too
as is the heart (some say
the nose is where we taste)
--did I say Heart yet?
where we are surprised
at the mystery on our lips
confusing the wine
with a kiss when
the bottle is empty.
